Running races are contests to determine which of the competitors are able to run a certain distance in the shortest time. Education is similar to running races since students all have the same goal, and ideally, start from the same position and time. However, in reality, inequality in education creates barriers for students who do not have the same to access educational resources. My sequence is a story of two runners racing in a surreal world. Giant books and pencils become physical barriers that stop one of them from completing the race.
